Products Sally Loves

Some of my favourite products, memberships & events

I've gathered together some of my favourite products and memberships and here are only the ones I would recommend to you.

I have Moo business cards and really think they create the luxury branding I wanted. I care about quality and details, so obviously they were a great fit for my brand. The Moo cards are really beautiful and most importantly are 100% recycled. I chose the heavy weight luxe square ones with rounded corners and gold foil for extra shine. I also use their beautiful stickers to parcels when I package my jewellery. You can get 25% off your first order at  Moo by clicking the green link.

My website uses the Shopify platform. It's really simple to use which is incredibly important to me! It has a shopping cart to sell jewellery securely, and can accept payment through Paypal, Stripe and Square. It links to Facebook shop, Google shopping and shoppable Instagram. It also has a blog and a really helpful helpdesk, which you can contact via live chat or email or phone 24/7.

Shopify is mobile friendly, so you can make website changes directly from your phone, which is really helpful when you're out or away from your computer. It's brilliant and also very fast, which is an important consideration when choosing your website provider. I also have a card reader I bought to use at fairs and for in person card sales. They also have great training blogs which are really helpful. Shopify have also have Email directly from your store, which although I haven't used it sounds great! You can also do kerbside pick up and local deliveries directly from your store. Shopify has bought 6 River Systems, so you should be able to expect lots more innovation and investment in this platform. There’s also the option of a Shopify Lite site which costs only $9 a month and is brilliant if you’re just starting out or on a limited budget. If you'd like a free 1 trial simply visit Shopify

I use Pinterest to drive traffic to my website and you can find out about my course Pinterest for Jewellers with Jewellers Academy here I love it because pins last much longer than on any other platform (sometimes weeks, months or years) and it's great for your SEO.

I love using the  JoolTool and recommend this for polishing. I use it for polishing silver and gold jewellery, as well as for finishing silver clay. Since I started using this amazing tool I've found polishing to be much less stressful and less worrying! I love being able to see through the discs, so I can see really easily how the jewellery is being polished. It's compact and easy to take to classes and workshops. The model I use is the Polishing Kit for metal with the 3M scratch erasers. Use the code Sally at the checkout for your 10% discount.

My favourite shop in the world is Liberty London. They have the most beautiful products, including adorable stationery and scarves. The building itself is simply gorgeous; it's one of my favourite places to go when I visit London. Aways great for an inspiring wander. If you do decide to sign up for their loyalty programme they have great rewards vouchers.

These Silke headscarves are great and now the hairdressers are closed will be indispensable for covering my grey hair regrowth. This link will give you £10 off any purchase of £100 or more, Obviously much better value when they have a sale (top tip).

The
Tate Modern is my go to place for modern art. Membership there also lets you visit the top floor Members Bar for refreshments and some of the best views across London. The best thing is there are Tate galleries in London, Liverpool and St Ives. You get discount in the shops and don't need to book or pay extra to see any of the shows or exhibitions.

If you haven't tried it you really should; work smarter not harder with Tailwind app. You get a free month trial and if you like it and decide it works for you (it did for me) I've grown my Pinterest significantly, this link will give you a $15 credit. Memberships and Communities

I'm a member of  Jewellers' Academy with the lovely Jessica Rose. It's a really supportive group of Jewellery designers and makers of all levels from beginners, through intermediate and advanced. There's loads of videos of jewellery making techniques from beading to silversmithing, photography tuition and the brilliant bootcamp which takes you through all the stages of setting up a successful jewellery business. There's also a Facebook Group where jewellers share their weekly wins, and discuss any challenges they are facing. Lots of live training sessions and Q&A's to get individual feedback. I've recently won the Jewellers' Academy Breakthrough award which was a really proud moment for me.

Atomicon is an awesome live event with such an incredible atmosphere. I went to the first Atomicon19 and have been to ATOMICON20 (online due to the pandemic) and ATOMICON21 and all have been fantastic. The next one is ATOMICON23 in June 2023.

Andrew and Pete are the most supportive and clever business mentors who've built a community around supporting 'small and mighty' businesses. I highly recommend it! Let me know you want to know any more details.

Now here's the best bit. Andrew and Pete will also let you join Atomic for less than the price of Atomicon, so it's a no brainer. So you can start learning straight away. This is business advice on fire. There are video trainings on everything from where to start if you're new, copywriting, sales, email marketing, niching and so much more. You can join Atomic straight away so that you can start improving your business now. The lowdown is if you don't like Atomic Andrew and Pete are so good you could even get your money back... you won't need it though...

You can join Atomic free. Don’t forget to use the Success Predictor and please do let me know if you join! It’s the best!!! 💕🍍💕🍍💕

Lisa Johnson has a fantastic community called You Can Sit With Us which I'm a member of. It's £49 a month and I thoroughly recommend it. Check it out yourself if you'd like to. I did and loved the community so much I've stayed.

I use Bloom & Wild for fresh flowers and plants. For gifts and self care.
