My website uses the Shopify platform. It's really simple to use which is incredibly important to me! It has a shopping cart to sell jewellery securely, and can accept payment through Paypal, Stripe and Square. It links to Facebook shop, Google shopping and shoppable Instagram. It also has a blog and a really helpful helpdesk, which you can contact via live chat or email or phone 24/7. It's brilliant. I love using the  JoolTool and recommend this for polishing. I use it for polishing silver and gold jewellery, as well as for finishing silver clay. Since I started using this amazing tool I've found polishing to be much less stressful and less worrying! I love being able to see through the discs, so I can see really easily how the jewellery is being polished. I'm also a trained Art teacher who enjoys painting and creating in my free time. I'm always looking for something new and fun to do. The products I recommend for this are from  Jacksons Art Supplies especially the Golden range of acrylic paints and I love the Princeton silicon painting tools, especially the No 6 wedge! The silicon colour shapers are also brilliant for modelling silver clay, as well as for lots of other arty applications.

My favourite shop in the world is Liberty London. They have the most beautiful products, including adorable stationery and scarves. Tate Modern is my go to place for modern art. Membership there also lets you visit the top floor Members Bar for refreshments and some of the best views across London. The best thing is there are Tate galleries in London, Liverpool and St Ives. You get discount in the shops and don't need to book or pay extra to see any of the shows or exhibitions.

Pinterest is the best way for me to find inspiring images and creative ideas on the internet. If you love art, all things creative, or are attracted to shiny things like a magpie give me a follow over at Pinterest How Fine Designs 

Tailwind is how I schedule my pins to create work life balance. It's great for sending pins to Pinterest and posts to Instagram. Memberships and Communities

I'm a member of  Jewellers' Academy with the lovely Jessica Rose. This is a reallysupportive group of Jewellery designers and makers of all levels from beginners, through intermediate and advanced. Here you will find loads of videos of jewellery making techniques from beading to silversmithing, photography tuition and the brilliant bootcamp which takes you through all the stages of setting up a successful jewellery business. There's also a Facebook Group where jewellers share their weekly wins, and discuss any challenges they are facing. Lots of live training sessions and Q&A's to get individual feedback. I've recently won the Jewellers' Academy Breakthrough award which was a really proud moment for me. I'm currently taking part in the live round of Bootcamp.

Janet Murray's Build Your Online Audience Programme is a great place for learning about social media and how to be effective in your audience building as a small business. It does exactly what it says and helps you to build your online audience so you can find customers. I have been a member for several years and have attend two live in person events and two meet ups with Janet and they have been so inspiring. Janet and her team run a great event where all the speakers attend the whole event. They spend their time talking to attendees and both times I have come away with brilliant takeaways that I can implement straight away. The first event I decided I would concentrate on Pinterest as my social media platform. I have grown this from 9K monthly views in July 2019 to 162K monthly views in March 2020. Her media diary is also a highly recommended planning tool which I use to plan my year on social media. It lists key dates throughout the year and helps you think of interesting and relevant content to really help your customers. It's worth every penny, and is so prettytoo. Unfortunately it's sold out this year, but do keep it in mind for next year. It keeps me on track.

Atomicon is an awesome live event with such an incredible atmosphere.
